We Top Google!!!

15 Jul

This evening someone, somewhere in the world, typed the following phrase into their search engine and ended up here!

how to eat out your gill

They then left without trace.

I couldn’t resist checking on Google…and there we were at the top of the pile.

Is this blog really that weird?

If you do come back again please put us all out of our misery and tell us what you were trying to find.  The…eh…um….3 of us would like to know.

We had a hit from someone recently searching for…

“cottages in scotland ar**hole end of nowhere ”

I`m disappointed that we only made number 3 on Google`s page ranking for the above 🙂

Never mind Alex, I’m sure you’ll improve your chances with a bit more practice 😆 !

Out of curiosity what post of yours did it hit on?

Just had a look through the last month stats and found that we`re in with a bullet at number one with the following search..

“five red lights seen in the sky over Dunoon 5th of July 2009”

I really couldn`t be bothered typing all that in.

    Eh,well,suppose I just have 🙂

Today I’ve got a page 2 on Google with:

    traffic lights stirling blair drummond

    and a page 5 with

low tide at elie 18 feb

What really puzzles me are the ones where I get to page 20 and I still haven’t found a link to the blog. Do these people not have a life…oh! 😦
